Terms & Conditions

Service related

  • A booking deposit of 250 Euro must be paid in order to officially book a date.
  • Once this is paid a contract will then be issued with the outstanding balance and the amount already paid.
  • A meeting/phonecall will then be arranged to discuss the plans for the Wedding day.
  • Packages including Drone flights: The Silver & Gold packages include drone as a free extra. Caimin will endeavour to always include a drone flight on the day if it is safe to do so and weather permitting.

Pricing related

  • Remaining balances can be paid on the day if by cash or a minimum of 3 days before the wedding if by bank transfer
  • Editing of the Wedding Film will not commence until any outstanding balances have been paid

Refunds

  • The Booking Deposit is non-refundable
  • The only instance where it will be refunded is if Caimin cancel’s or can’t make the Wedding for some reason. In which case he will find a replacement videographer.

Copyright

  • Eden Vale Weddings owns all of the raw footage captured on the day
  • Redistribution of final videos for commercial gain is strictly prohibited without authorisation from Eden Vale Weddings
  • All Wedding Footage will be stored for a maximum period of 1 year, after which it will be be deleted.
