Tara and Gavin’s wedding was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I love being a wedding videographer in Cork.

Their August celebration began with a beautiful, emotional ceremony inside the iconic Honan Chapel at University College Cork (UCC) — one of the most stunning and historic church wedding venues in Ireland — before moving to the luxury surroundings of Fota Island Resort, widely known as one of the best hotel wedding venues in Cork.

Sunshine, relaxed energy, and two incredibly genuine people made this day effortless to capture.

It was also a special one personally — this was the last wedding I filmed before heading on paternity leave, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better couple to finish the season with.

Tara and Gavin were calm, kind, and completely present with each other all day. No fuss. No posing. Just real moments. Exactly the type of wedding film I love to create.
